What to Expect

Royal Sea Scope Marsa Alam

Your adventure starts when our guide picks you up from your hotel reception in Marsa Alam & Port Ghalib Early in the morning. Pickup is usually around. Then we’ll take you to Port Ghalib Marina to board the Royal Sea Scope boat.

The Sea Scope trip runs daily, and you can book a morning trip or an afternoon trip, depending on availability.

The special boat has large underwater windows below the water. When the boat moves over the coral reefs, you go downstairs and look through the glass. Soon you see colorful fish, bright coral, and maybe even a sea turtle.

After that, you stop for snorkeling. If you want, you can swim in the Red Sea and see the fish even closer.

At the end of the tour, your transfer takes you back to your hotel in Marsa Alam. You return relaxed, with nice photos and a quiet memory from one of the best Marsa Alam Tours.

The Optional Snorkeling Stop:

Those who want to swim can use the aft dive deck during a 30-minute stop with sanitized masks, snorkels, and life vests provided, while non-swimmers stay inside the cool viewing lounge or relax on the sundeck. (Optional Snorkeling Stop).

Morning vs. Afternoon Departures:

  • Morning Trip (~09:30 AM): Ideal for bright underwater sunlight, calmest seas, and getting back for hotel lunch.
  • Afternoon Trip (~02:30 PM): Perfect for a lazy morning at the resort pool followed by a relaxed afternoon cruise.
