2-Day White and Black Desert Tour

Your adventure starts when we pick you up from Cairo or Giza. Then you travel to Bahariya Oasis. After that, you begin your desert safari in a strong 4×4 jeep.

First, you visit the Black Desert. Then you stop at Crystal Mountain, where the rocks shine like glass. Later, you reach the White Desert. Here you see strange white rocks that look like mushrooms, chickens, and giant animals.

At night, you enjoy a tasty dinner and sleep in a camp in the middle of the White Desert. In the morning, you watch the sunrise before you travel back.

Wild Camping Reality

The “No Hotel” White Desert is a protected National Park with strictly zero brick-and-mortar hotels or permanent plumbing. Many European tourists—especially first-time campers—panic when they realize there are no tiled bathrooms. We provide private hygiene supplies, wet wipes, and hand sanitizer.

The “Freezing Desert Night”: Between October and April, while daytime temperatures are sunny and warm (22°C to 28°C), desert nights drop rapidly to single digits (5°C to 8°C, and occasionally near freezing). We provide heavy thermal Bedouin fleece blankets, insulated sleeping bags, and thick floor mattresses—while advising you to pack thermal layers—to prevent uncomfortable nights.
